RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after receipt of order.

Product availability:

  • Products that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced at our expense.
  • Missing products are eligible for replacement or credit note only.
  • Products customized to the customer’s taste are not eligible for return & exchange and are final sale.

Return conditions:

  • Products must not have been worn or show signs of wear.
  • Return costs are borne by the customer (round trip for exchanges). Our jewelry is packaged to keep shipping costs low when sent by regular mail ($2.09 stamp + tax).
  • Products must be returned securely in their original packaging. We do not exchange merchandise damaged in transit.
  • If the package does not arrive at its destination, we will not be responsible for the loss and the exchange will not be made.
  • If your return has to go through customs, write “return of goods” on the customs declaration. We do not pay customs fees to recover the product.

Products are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund for reasons of hygiene or if the product appears to have been damaged by the customer.

Costs vary according to the country to which the products are returned, so we cannot estimate return costs in advance.

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Orders placed outside of Canada may be subject to customs and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. We are unable to cancel or refund these charges, even if the order is returned to us.

Be sure to read our return policy to ensure your products are eligible for return & exchange.

Return procedure:

  1. Send us an e-mail with your order number, telling us which products you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an e-mail with instructions and a return address.
  3. Go to your nearest Post Office and return the goods (following the instructions).

For returns, once processed, we will fully refund the products via the payment method used at the time of order, without the initial shipping costs.

For exchanges, once processed, we will send you an email with a link to the payment of the return shipping costs and ship the product back to you.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We process orders between 1 and 3 days. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

We use Canada Post for all our shipments. Products are sent by regular mail with no tracking number, unless you select expedited delivery when placing your order.

Estimated delivery times are listed below and do not include delays caused by holidays, weekends, delivery service delays (weather, shipment volume, etc.) or customs.

*Customs fees & taxes: orders made outside Canada may be subject to customs and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot tell you what these charges will be, as they vary from country to country. We are unable to cancel or refund these charges, even if the order is returned to us.

If you have entered your address incorrectly or provided an old address, you have several options for redirecting your shipment:

  • Write to us quickly if your order has not yet been sent. We will fix the address.
  • Visit your old address to get your package.
  • Contact Canada Post to see if they can redirect your order.

If you are unable to obtain your package, we will gladly recreate your order at your expense. A refund will be issued when the original package is returned to us in good condition.

We can’t wait for you to receive your jewelry, but delays beyond our control may occur (weather, high volume, destination, service delays, etc.).

First of all, check that the address you’ve given us is the right one. If there’s a mistake, write to us!

If you have not received your package within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date (for Canada), we will be happy to resend you a new package at no extra charge. Just write to us with your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.

PRODUCTS

In a nutshell, 14k-filled gold is a material consisting of a solid envelope of genuine 14k gold permanently pressed onto a metal alloy base. With this technology, you won’t have to worry about gold flaking or allergic reactions. Learn more.

The gold layer on filled gold jewelry does not flake off. As a result, the metal base is difficult to expose to the skin, reducing the risk of allergies. Gold plating, on the other hand, is not known for this advantage, as the gold layer is quickly removed. As a result, a person with a good tolerance for solid gold can generally wear gold-filled jewelry without allergic reactions. That said, 14k gold-filled jewelry is not suitable for women with acidic skin, as this will alter the gold layer and expose the copper base, resulting in oxidation.

Exposure to certain chemicals or aggressive environments can compromise the integrity of your jewelry. This includes (but is not limited to): perspiration, disinfectant gel, acidic skins, perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine and salt water.

A polishing cloth is a wonderful tool for polishing 925 silver and 14k gold-filled pieces!

Cleaning. Pour a small amount of mild soap into lukewarm water and use your fingers to clean your jewelry (don’t soak for more than a minute), rinse and dry well. If you need to scrub, use a very soft toothbrush and scrub GENTLY. Never use cloth or any other paper-based material to clean the pieces, as the gold-filled layer may come off. Pease will not be held responsible for any incidents, breakages or losses related to the cleaning of jewelry by private individuals.

Our jewelry is not designed for babies and toddlers. Pease jewelry has not been tested to be safe for children. Jewelry can pose a serious choking hazard or cause significant injury. Pieces can come off while your toddler is playing or chewing on them. For this reason, Pease jewelry should not be worn by children. Only teenagers and adults are allowed to wear the pieces. We accept no responsibility for children wearing Pease jewelry. Please make sure that all your jewelry is out of sight and out of reach of children.

Gently spread the two ends apart with your fingers. Insert the tip into your earhole, then gently rotate the two ends towards each other until they are aligned. Don’t open the ring too far, as you may find it difficult to tighten.
